Sushi Gets Sustainable
Our Seafood Watch program has created a new tool for sushi lovers: a wallet-sized card (also available for mobile devices) that gives consumers a handy guide to use at sushi restaurants so they can choose seafood that comes from sustainable sources.
Two other leading ocean conservation groups—Blue Ocean Institute and Environmental Defense Fund—are launching similar guides, all on October 22. We've collaborated to deliver a single message: Your sushi choices have an impact on the health of the ocean.
